Prime zone essence of concrete and holds a salient place in construction. It is used in ready-mix concrete and site mix concrete which provides an increased amount of strength in the concrete. Along with it, it provides overall stability. Its gradation goes with a passing percentage of 14-25 in a 600 micron sieve.
